Let’s follow the methods provided below and check if it helps. Method 1: Run the Hardware troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter: a. Press Windows key + C on your keyboard to show the Charms bar. b. Type Troubleshooting and click Troubleshooting under Settings. c. Now type Hardware Troubleshooter in the search option. d. Click on Hardware troubleshooter to run the troubleshooter. Method 2: Install latest drivers for the USB device and check. Download the Windows 7 drivers from the Manufacturer’s website and install them in compatibility mode. a. Right click on the driver setup file and select “ Properties”. b. Select “ Compatibility” Tab. c. Make a check mark next to Run this program in “ Compatibility mode” and select previous version of Windows supported by the software, from the drop down list. d. Then click on “ Apply” and “ Ok” option. e. Then install the driver. f. Then restart your computer and check how it works. Method 3: Install optional updates and check. a.
