Snorting Paraphernalia Drugs such as methamphetamine or cocaine are crushed or chopped up with a blade or credit card and arranged into lines on a smooth surface. This is the disturbing moment a woman appears to spark up a crack pipe in broad daylight on the top deck of a double decker bus. The suspected drug taker can be seen crouched over her seat while inhaling deeply from what appears to be a crack cocaine smoking device. Witnesses told the Daily Record she had early asked a fellow passenger: “ Do you smoke crack cocaine?” Lunchtime shoppers strolled by yards from her on Princes Street, in central Edinburgh, unaware of what was going on.
